MY STORY

A different approach.

After over 6 years working in learning and development, supporting new colleagues in joining one of the UK’s biggest building societies I saw the same challenges time and time again.

New starters feeling overwhelmed, not feeling supported and great people leaving.

So I started Lystone to do things differently. I focus on practical, people first solutions that help businesses give new starters the best possible start and create teams that feel confident, capable and ready to grow.
