  • If you’re struggling to decide what you actually need, don’t panic. A free 30 minute discovery call will help you understand what you could do to improve your onboarding and training.

  • There is no business too small. Whether your looking to bring on your first employee and want to get it right. Or you’re a multi-million pound business looking to improve how you currently bring new colleagues in. I’m here to help.

  • It’s hard to put a figure on everything. A lot of my services are fully depending on the amount of support and work needed to get your onboarding or training in the right place. As a starter, I charge £149 for a 60-90 minute call where you can walk away with improvements to implement yourself.

  • Absolutely! If you feel there is a need for continuous development, I offer a retainer service with various levels of support to ensure you only pay for what you really need.

  • If you’re feeling adventurous, you can jump straight into an onboarding redesign. However, I’d much prefer to start small, with a discovery call to really understand your pain points and what you actually need to improve them. Then as the needs come up, we move up the ladder, stopping when you feel like you’ve got what you needed.
